Creatrix
Success can be embodied.
A Leadership Incubator for Women Entrepreneurs Creating the Post-Extractive Way
Evolve yourself and your business from the inside-out through emergent strategy, somatic practice, and community witnessing. Emerge a role model for the post-extractive way.
The Inconvenient Truth
We’re entrepreneurs. We learned to lead by pushing, not listening. When we fragment ourselves and override our interior intelligence, it costs us our soul’s purpose, creative power, and aliveness.
There is a new leadership paradigm in the ether — and it’s waiting for us to embody it.
Our Why
We want to create, grow, and keep businesses alive. We’re willing to override our instincts, overwork, and compromise — until the spark that makes it worthwhile flickers out.
We’re surrounded by people and programs who can grow companies up and to the right. But none can tell us how to do so while feeling consistently alive. That has to come from listening, to our insides.
How is it going, inside? What’s misaligned? If you continue this way, how will you and your business actually be, by 2030?
We see a new generation of entrepreneurial leaders emerging — embodied, creative, principled, and alive. These leaders grow themselves, their companies, and their people wisely, not just quickly. They are leading us into vitality, beyond the rewards of up and to the right.
We are them. Become one, alongside us.
Not a bro fest. Not a moon circle. Metamorphosis.
CREATRIX: The Basics
-
Creatrix is a virtual incubator for women entrepreneurs to learn and apply Embodied Leadership practically — without stepping away. It’s for those who want to re-orient their lives and their businesses towards sustainable models that amplify vitality. Through emergent strategy, somatic practice, and community witnessing, participants learn to create from the inside out — transforming who they become, how they lead, and how their businesses grow.
Over 4 months, together with 5 guides, 20 women will learn to practice and apply emergent and embodied principles inside the real situations where leadership, life, and business gets tricky.
This is not a retreat away from business. You don’t have to pause or step out. It’s transformation within it — designed to run concurrently with life and work. Each woman chooses an Applied Anchor — a tangible business or life focus that becomes her arena for practice and transformation. She’ll use this as the through-line for learning, experimentation, and growth.
-
Creatrix is for female entrepreneurs in the process of creation — founders and solopreneurs actively building something and ready to invest in their own training to lead it well.
We’re not screening for venture-backed founders or business stage. What unites us is our commitment — to create something tangible, through embodied and emergent processes, without sacrificing our authenticity.
Together, we’ll define your applied focus anchor — the area of your life or business you’re interested in growing or bringing into alignment. From December through March, you’ll transform it and bring the embodied leader within you to life.
We screen for a very particular kind of woman — those who are:
Committed to creating tangibly — business, product, or vision — from authenticity, not performance
Devoted to personal development and restoring wholeness (the weird, wacky, and wonderful)
Open to being lovingly challenged, coached, and supported
Deeply listening inward and cultivating a sovereign relationship with spirit
Ready to role-model a new kind of leadership in culture
Over 21 years old
Why women only? Because we’re bringing in the body, directly. We’ll move, we’ll talk physiology, hormonal cycles, relational power dynamics, and how to leverage our natural design as a strategic advantage, not a liability. We are not men in male bodies, and it’s about time we get support training like it.
-
The full program will run November 25, 2025 - March 31, 2026 (4 months).
Orientation begins November 25th, but the first full session will run December 2nd, to honor the Thanksgiving holiday. Scheduling is designed to give spaciousness to the week of Christmas and New Year’s.
Tuesday and Thursday sessions will be live zoom calls. We’ll align on an exact time as we finalize the program.
For planning purposes — Expect Tuesdays to land within 9-1pm PT range and Thursdays to land within 3-7pm PT range.
-
Creatrix addresses the cultural misalignments within entrepreneurship that lead to burnout, loss of purpose, unsustainable business models, sacrificed personal life, and loss of vitality.
Startup and business worlds celebrate acceleration, scale, and performance — but not how to stay alive while building something that matters. Traditional business programs teach us how to grow companies, but not how to amplify vitality while we create.
Disconnection from the Body
Women learn to override instinct, intuition, and energetic flows in the name of productivity, safety, and achievement. The body’s intelligence has been exiled from business and leadership — relegated to yoga, work outs, therapy, or “after hours.” Work-outs are great, but not the same. Working on the body is not the same as working through the body — by listening to it as a source of wisdom and guidance.
Fragmentation of Selves
We often split our “work self” from our “personal self”. When we habitually compartmentalize, we sacrifice the authenticity required for true belonging, and that allows our creativity to flow. Women are brilliant and capable but are operating in systems that do not permission the full self as professional — and it costs us.
Valuing Productivity Over Presence
When we equate worth with output, we perform rather than find value in our beingness. The result is increasing masculinization of our energy — which is not wrong, it’s just reality. The result for women can be burnout, depletion, and resentment at having to do it all.
Systems Normalizing Soul Loss
The spark that began us on our entrepreneurial journeys — meaning, freedom, purpose, creation, opportunity — gets buried. It’s nuanced, because other things do matter: strategy, family, growth metrics, our own public image, and survival necessities. There’s little cultural architecture that teaches us vitality while growing businesses. Often, the solutions that exist require we step away.
Missing Spaces for Practicing Authenticity & Integration
The business world ignores the reality that we live in bodies. The spiritual and embodiment worlds ignore the realities of what it takes to grow and lead businesses. We don’t have spaces to practice the integration of these intelligences. Oscillating between gym and office is not an integrated way to create new cultures that honor body and business.
-
We’ll enroll a maximum of 20 participants and ensure a minimum of 10 participants for the program to run. We will admit on a rolling basis and honor a 10% early bird applicant discount through November 7th.
A creatrix is a woman with powerful creative force who brings new things into existence. The term is used to describe a woman with deep spiritual power who shapes her own life and the world around her through embodied, emergent, and creative processes.
CREATRIX: The Program
-
Creatrix is invaluable for women who crave themselves—not more content, advice, or hustle hacks. It’s for entrepreneurs who’ve done coaching, therapy, masterminds, even MBAs, and still feel the gap between who they are and how they’re building. You can keep going it alone, hire another coach, or pour capital into the business—but none of those teach you how to stay alive while you lead. Creatrix does. Each participant chooses an Applied Anchor—a tangible project, pivot, or evolution—and we transform inside the real work.
Why it’s different
Integration — Your body is not separate from business; it is the operating system of the business. Growth becomes an expression of your authentic wholeness, not a sacrifice of it.
Embodiment — We’re working through the body, not overriding it with the mind. Somatic intelligence becomes operational intelligence—the body as compass for clarity and direction. Embodiment isn’t a side ritual; it’s how you decide, lead, and pace growth.
Emergence — We were taught to grow up and to the right, but that’s not how nature grows. True leadership emanates like nature: through cycles of expansion, contraction, and integration. We apply emergent principles so you can create and evolve like nature—cyclically, not predictably—so momentum becomes sustainable.
Practice — We don’t just talk about embodied leadership; we practice it where it gets hard. Each week combines learning, live practice, and business application. We do this work together so we co-create solutions for what’s nuanced, tricky, and challenging.
Witnessing — Transformation happens in relationship. Scientifically, to change, we must be seen in our new ways. Community replaces self-sabotage with coherence.
Plus, pragmatic edges that others don’t offer
One anchor, real results: Every woman chooses an Applied Anchor—a concrete focus—and leaves with visible shifts in the outcomes and rhythm of the life or business area she chooses to apply her focus to.
No extraction, no equity: We don’t take ownership of your company—only a stand for your vitality and your sovereignty as its steward.
Created by women entrepreneurs, for women entrepreneurs: We’ve been there. We get it. We have the stories, scars, and nuanced understanding that can only come from lived experience. We know the tradeoffs, we know the pressure, and we know the benefits of this work personally. We’ve dedicated our lives to supporting others in making these evolutions, so we know there’s a way through for you, too.

We meet twice a week, virtually, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with async connection in between. Everything is designed for Zoom-fatigued, busy entrepreneurs — efficient, transformative, relieving, real.
Mondays you’ll receive a short Learning Morsel to frame the week’s focus.
Tuesdays are cognitive and conversational, alternating between COUNCIL and CREATIVE TIME.
Thursdays are embodied and experiential, alternating between SOMATIC DOJO and ENERGETIC MASTERY.
Fridays, we’ll check in and recalibrate async.
Throughout the 4 months, we’ll journey together on group chat — inspiration, resources, SOS, accountability
Over the course of the program, you’ll experience
8 ENTREPRENEUR COUNCILS – Bring live challenges, receive feedback, and apply emergent strategy in community. 90 minutes on Tuesdays biweekly, guided by Cristina.
8 EMBODIMENT DOJOS – Practice somatic awareness and nervous-system integration through movement and stillness. 90 minutes on Thursday evenings, guided by Wendy.
8 DEEP CREATIVE SESSIONS – Focused space for creative or operational breakthroughs. 90 minutes on Tuesdays biweekly, guided by Cristina.
16 TEACHING MORSELS – Bite-sized lessons on applying emergent strategy, embodiment practices, and inspirations for leadership. Recorded custom each week by Creatrix Faculty to evolve with the needs, challenges, and themes arising within the program. Shared virtually on Mondays via audio, designed to accompany a walk or commute.
8 ENERGETIC MASTERY SESSIONS – Each month, a new master teacher will join as guest faculty to expose women to the foundational design of personalized vitality routines — through energetic mastery, mindful movement, and integrative nutrition. Biweekly on Thursday evenings, guided by Dana, Amanda, Ellie, and Cristina.
Private Group Chat – Continuous conversation, reflection, and relational witnessing.
We Follow a Metamorphic Cycle, not an A > B line
Each month follows a natural progression of creation — grounded in the body’s intelligence:
DECEMBER: Earth — Get Radically Honest, Listen, Ground, Root. Ground in what’s real. Clarify what matters.
JANUARY: Fire — Illuminate, Activate & Purge — with Holy Ferocity. Release what’s outdated. Claim your authentic authority.
FEBRUARY: Water — Nourish, Iterate, Shapeshift, Elongate
Rebuild rhythms and relationships that sustain thriving.MARCH: Ether — Integration, Spirit, Interdependence, Emergence. In our final month, we integrate who we’ve become and embody new patterns to lead from coherence.

Emergent strategy is a way of creating that mirrors how nature grows—spiraling, adaptive, and alive. Rather than forcing outcomes through control or linear plans, it asks us to listen, sense, and co-create with what wants to unfold. In contrast to deliberate strategy—which defines success upfront and focuses on execution—emergent strategy centers responsiveness, relationship, and evolution. It’s how a seed becomes a tree or a shell builds itself over time: by responding intelligently to its environment. Rooted in philosophies from thinkers like adrienne maree brown, Neri Oxman, and Ken Wilber, emergence honors that creation is not just what we do but how we attune to life’s own intelligence as we do it.
For women founders and creators, this way of working is deeply relevant. Most business culture prizes performance, certainty, and speed—values of the deliberate world. But authentic, sustainable creation often requires softness, iteration, and trust in timing. Emergent strategy invites integration: deliberate clarity meets embodied wisdom. In Creatrix, these principles come alive through somatic practice, reflection, and community witnessing—helping women build from wholeness rather than fragmentation. It’s not about abandoning goals, but about letting what’s real, alive, and ready lead the way.

Somatics comes from the Greek word soma, meaning “the living body in its wholeness.” It recognizes that we are not just a collection of thoughts and actions but an integrated system of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Somatics is the study and practice of transformation through the body—working through it, rather than on or in it—so that we can access the deep wisdom, intuition, and longings that live beneath our thinking mind. When we engage the soma, we begin to include all of ourselves—the full intelligence of our being—in how we live, lead, and create.
Embodiment, by contrast, is the lived expression of that somatic awareness. It’s what happens when the wisdom we access through somatic practice becomes integrated into how we move, speak, decide, and relate. Many people think of embodiment as simply being active or “in” their bodies—through yoga, fitness, or physical care—but that’s still treating the body as an object we work on. True embodiment is when the body is no longer separate from the self; it’s the experience of being fully inhabited—alive, attuned, and able to act from wholeness.
In Creatrix, embodiment and somatic practices are how we turn insight into lasting transformation. They help women entrepreneurs move from fragmentation and burnout into coherence and vitality—so that business and body, purpose and presence, begin to move as one. When we learn to listen to and lead from our bodies, business becomes not a performance, but a practice of coherence. It’s how we root confidence in our nervous system rather than willpower, and how we build ventures and lives that are sustainable, authentic, and alive.
Practically, this shows up in tangible ways:
Staying grounded in integrity and confidence while pitching or presenting in high-stakes meetings.
Holding boundaries in team dynamics—leading with empathy without losing clarity or authority.
Managing energy skillfully for the marathon of entrepreneurship—moving fluidly between deep focus, collaboration, and rest.
Voicing needs clearly, turning them into roles, structures, and community asks—ending hyper-independence and cultivating healthy interdependence.
Flowing between work and intimacy without fragmentation—carrying presence and vitality across every domain of life.
When we cultivate somatic intelligence and embodied leadership, we stop overriding ourselves to meet external demands. We become leaders who are centered, grounded, and fully alive—able to bring our whole selves to everything we create.
-
By the End of Creatrix, 20 women entrepreneurs will have
Learned emergent strategy through direct experience of leadership and business.
Listened inward through somatic and embodiment practice — becoming fluent in the body’s language.
Applied these principles to one live aspect of life or business — testing and refining them in real time.
Integrated new rhythms of work and leadership that align with her natural design.
Become a role model of the new paradigm — alive, embodied, and leading through coherence.

Cristina devotes her work to restoring leaders and systems to their authentic nature through integrity, embodiment, and aliveness. To do so, she weaves worlds of business, finance, technology, creativity, leadership, wellness, embodiment, and coaching.
Cristina has founded five companies: two venture-backed startups in brain and mental health, two consulting businesses, and most recently, Helix, within which Creatrix is a foundational offering. She currently offers services as a coach, advisor, and fractional executive to founders.
She brings tactical mastery from building and leading companies, as well as deep understanding of the personal transformations required along entrepreneurial journeys. She’s formed ventures, raised millions in venture capital, and created innovations within Techstars, M13 ventures, and Google’s innovation labs. She’s held CEO, COO, and CMO roles, led marketing and partnerships at Headspace, launched AI products at Google, and holds a B.A. in Sociology from Yale. And she’s experienced firsthand what it feels like to “fail” in choosing to walk away from what she’s built, towards deeper purpose and integrity.
Alongside her business career, Cristina has immersed herself in yoga, mindfulness, dance and movement arts for over 20 years. These have been training and healing grounds, influencing her foundational teachings across integrated, embodied, and emergent philosophies.
Today, Cristina stewards the emergence of Helix, an ecosystem devoted to re-designing leadership, businesses, and the economy centering human vitality, by integrating beyond systems of dominance, disconnection, and extraction. She brings this depth of practice into every space she leads, empowering individuals to discover fulfillment, live into their purpose, and create change that lasts by working through the wisdom of the body.

Dana is devoted to helping founders return to themselves— steady, alive, and clear— so they can create from a place that doesn’t burn them out. She founded Entreprana as a personalized, energy-aware operating system for entrepreneurs, built to decode stress patterns, restore vitality, and keep founders in their flow.
Her work is shaped by transformation. A faith transition, divorce, and reinvention stripped away the frameworks she once lived by and revealed what remains when everything else falls apart. Those seasons became both her breaking and her making— the forge where she learned that true resilience is born from presence, not performance.
Dana brings this depth into the world of startups, blending behavioral science, psychology, and design with the human truths she’s lived. She holds a B.A. in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University and spent over a decade as a brand strategist and designer before creating her own methodology to model human psychology through energy and stress dynamics.
What she offers founders is not just a tool but a way of being: a reminder that composure, creativity, and clarity come from within— and can be honed, even in the chaos of building.
Today, Dana is building Entreprana as more than a product. It’s a movement to redesign founder well-being and, in time, reshape the very systems of work and growth around human vitality.

CREATRIX: The Business Case
-
Twenty women entrepreneurs will complete Creatrix having not just learned new principles, but lived them — through body, business, and real-world creation.
By the End of Creatrix, You Will Have...
Learned emergent strategy through direct experience of leadership and business — attuning to what wants to unfold, rather than forcing outcomes.
Listened inward through somatic and embodiment practice — becoming fluent in the body’s language and integrating it into decision-making.
Applied these principles to one live aspect of life or business — testing, refining, and evolving them in real time.
Integrated new rhythms of work and leadership that align with your natural design and energy.
Become a role model of the new paradigm — alive, embodied, and leading through coherence.
And in your lived experience, you’ll have...
Focused your practice through one applied anchor: Defined a real-world area of focus — such as how you fund, lead, hire, or create — and used emergent and embodied principles to transform how you move within it. Your “anchor” became the arena where theory met practice and where transformation changed something tangible.
Reclaimed your personal life: Ended the split between who you are at work and who you are privately. Moved fluidly across roles, energy types, and relationships with more ease.
Shifted from survival to sustainable creation: Stopped forcing your body through productivity or rest with caffeine, control, or overstimulation. Created from vitality — not depletion.
Broken free from victim consciousness: Released the belief that your womanhood is a liability. Come into right relationship with yourself, your own masculine energy, and the masculine you encounter in the world.
Felt supported and challenged: Experienced deep sisterhood that inspires and strengthens you, with structures designed to hold you while you take real risks.
Owned your work fully: Received the support you need without giving up equity or compromising your values.
Integrated your inner and outer worlds: Built routines, beliefs, and community that blend spiritual, embodied, and tactical creation — so your work reflects your whole self.

Creatrix is a capital infusion into your aliveness—and the longevity of your business.
Investment: $10,000 USD up-front | or $3,500/month for 4 months
Early-bird: 10% tuition reduction for applications submitted by November 7
Is it worth it? You decide.
Transformation isn’t free — but neither is the opportunity cost of staying the same. You have options. Below, scroll to find a comparison chart to evaluate how Creatrix compares to other ways you can invest in yourself and your growth.
Workshop: Join Cristina on October 27 for How Do I Support Myself, Actually? — a virtual session walking entrepreneurs through the full range of training options, from accelerators and MBAs to wellness retreats.
Every step change begins with one decision: I’m worth investing in.
This is not about buying a nice-to-have program. It’s a threshold. How do you want to strategically allocate resources toward clarity, power, and vitality for yourself and your business?
You can choose to become the kind of woman who invests in the full version of herself that her work, relationships, and future require — or you can keep going as you’ve been.
Why we know Creatrix is beyond “worth it”
Most capital investments skip the steward and go straight into resourcing operations. This pattern perpetuates misalignments that increase business risk.
There are many options for support and programs that teach leaders how to grow a business. Creatrix trains the woman to listen to her own instinct on how to grow it — so that she aligns her natural creational power to steward it like no one else would.
Expensing
Creatrix is a business expense and should be written off as such. For VC-backed founders, if you’re seeking buy-in from investors or your Board, explore the Founder Mental Health Pledge for support.
When you look at the true cost of staying fragmented
Burnout, confusion, and misalignment drain far more than they cost.
Every indecisive month delays progress, revenue, and relief.
Most of us have already paid — in energy, health, or relationships — for creations we didn’t grow in aligned and sustainable ways.
Continued misalignment with your business and purpose will likely not end well for your business — getting ahead of it for yourself and everyone involved is leadership.
You could spend years — and seven figures — assembling fragments of what this one container integrates.
What’s the actual business ROI?
It depends on your chosen Applied Focus Anchor — and we’d be happy to discuss that with you. This work changes:
Clarity and decisiveness accelerate business momentum across all areas — revenue growth, operations, innovation.
Improved relationships with co-founders, partners, and teams benefit business & purpose.
Sustainable energy — no more cycling between burnout and recovery means long-term productivity actually increases by working smarter, not harder.
Authentic confidence that attracts aligned opportunities, so you attract and don’t chase.
A reclaimed sense of self anchors leaders in principled integrity, which becomes the most valuable asset in every board room.
Whether you believe Creatrix is valuable or not: you’re right. This program is truly what you make of it.

Creatrix teaches to what these schools can’t and won’t — emergent strategy, embodied practices, and energetic integration through applied focus within your actual life/business. Creatrix serves both as a creative incubator and a crucible for transformation within an accelerated timeframe — 4 months. These programs also typically require a pause from employment or a serious shift in time management.
Typical Cost
$50K–$200K+
-
Why we choose these
Embodiment, routine, restoration, vitality, connection, shared identity, emotional support, spiritual development
Examples

How Creatrix differs
Community, curriculum, 4 months of structured focus, five co-woven faculty, and the collective intelligence of fellow creatrixes in the group container.
Guides offer contextual awareness that enables you to re-integrate — therapy often can’t go into business challenges and business coaches often won’t go into “therapeutic” topics.
Typical Cost
$15K–$40K+ for 4 months at this intensity
“Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it”
- Maya Angelou
Success can be embodied.
Our ears are open. We welcome partners, sponsors, and allies, in addition to participants.
Allies, we invite you, too
Creatrix begins with the transformation of individual women — but it doesn’t end there. Soon, we’ll be opening conversations and opportunities to collaborate on the larger Helix vision, within which Creatrix is a foundational offering.
Together, we intend to redefine success not just for women, but for leaders of all kinds, and for the systems and cultures that we all depend on. The ripple effect of this work reaches the funders, families, communities, and cultural architects shaping our shared future.
If you don’t identify as a creatrix, but support this work and hold capital, networks, or influence, we want you to know: we’re interested in looping you in, too. INQUIRE
Helix is devoted to supporting leaders through integration. We envision a harmonization of our inner and outer worlds, of masculine and feminine energies, of patriarchal, matriarchal and post-archetypal paradigms of power. We believe it’s time to co-create selves, relationships, and societies now through the integration of complexity, not the perpetuation of normative, rigid, fragmented models of self, power and society.
We believe our natural design — as women AND men — gives us strategic advantage, not liability. We are weaving an interdependent ecosystem to replace hustle and isolation as the foundation for sustainable creation.
We’re here to model a new way. To help integrate, redefine success, and co-create. So we can restore wholeness collectively and reclaim the power of full aliveness.
So the micro, so the macro.
