Creatrix: a woman with powerful creative force who brings new things into existence. The term is used to describe a woman with deep spiritual power who shapes her own life and the world around her through embodied, emergent, and creative processes.
In our desire to create and achieve, we override our needs. It’s normal to stray from our own intelligence, but it leads to misalignment and burnout eventually.
Business programs, accelerators, and MBAs reward us for building companies up and to the right. But they don’t teach us how to feel alive while leading, over the long haul.
We’re not here to fight the old. We’re here to coalesce and train the women leading us into the beyond.
We believe embodiment & emergent principles must be integrated into how we do business for us to thrive as leaders. This is what we’ll train together.
Creatrix incubates entrepreneurs, not their businesses.
It’s where the next model of entrepreneurial leadership is being co-created — regenerative, embodied, and alive. By women who understand that We train women to apply the principles of vitality to business itself. Through practice and application, you’ll re-pattern how you lead and how your company runs.

The Journey
Our programming weaves inner development with outer creation. Programming is designed to center the sovereign authority of each entrepreneur as the rightful Steward of her creation.
We don’t tell you what to do. We don’t take equity. We ask the questions, teach through life experience & perspective, note your blindspots, invite you to reframe your limiting beliefs, and steady you through rhythm and companionship as you grow your business and transform yourself, from the inside-out.
We’re the soil. You’re the seed. Your creation is the fruit.
This is a virtual program, but designed for Zoom fatigue. It will not require you to step out of your business for 4 months. We’ve designed Creatrix to support you concurrently while you operate your business.
We gather over two 90-minute zooms each week. Tuesdays are cognitive & conversational, Thursdays are embodied & experiential. Each Monday, you’ll receive a “Learning Morsel” async, designed to teach emergent strategy and offer a somatic focus for the week as you walk or commute. Group chat acts as our gathering place throughout. Each month, a new guest faculty member will drop in to offer specialized sessions on modalities that amplify vitality.
Practically, we integrate embodiment within an entrepreneur’s day-to-day, and hold space for the challenges that will inevitably arise. Programming integrates a weekly rhythm with monthly themes.

Urgency is a trauma response. Together, we slow down to access deep presence and name the truths we’ve been avoiding—about our relationships, our grief, our anger, and our desires. This is messy, sacred work. It’s where liberation begins.
Fire invites us into bold, embodied expression. We claim our “holy ferocity” and illuminate the path ahead with fierce clarity.
We’ll work with and around the holidays - the way they trigger, invite us to celebrate, reflect, rest, and re-stoke our deepest desires.

After the burn, we cleanse. Water is the season of purification and renewal. It’s about softening, replenishing, and flowing back into alignment. Here, we design the systems and practices that will sustain our vitality for the long term.This is where you become the well—the source of nourishment for your family, your community, and your creations. Together, we’ll craft sustainable, feminine-aligned rhythms for leadership and life.

Meet the Team

Cristina devotes her work to restoring leaders and systems to their authentic nature through integrity, embodiment, and aliveness. To do so, she weaves worlds of business, finance, technology, creativity, leadership, wellness, embodiment, and coaching.
Cristina has founded five companies: two venture-backed startups in brain and mental health, two consulting businesses, and most recently, Helix, within which Creatrix is a foundational offering. She currently offers services as a coach, advisor, and fractional executive to founders.
She brings tactical mastery from building and leading companies, as well as deep understanding of the personal transformations required along entrepreneurial journeys. She’s formed ventures, raised millions in venture capital, and created innovations within Techstars, M13 ventures, and Google’s innovation labs. She’s held CEO, COO, and CMO roles, led marketing and partnerships at Headspace, launched AI products at Google, and holds a B.A. in Sociology from Yale. And she’s experienced firsthand what it feels like to “fail” in choosing to walk away from what she’s built, towards deeper purpose and integrity.
Alongside her business career, Cristina has immersed herself in yoga, mindfulness, dance and movement arts for over 20 years. These have been training and healing grounds, influencing her foundational teachings across integrated, embodied, and emergent philosophies.
Today, Cristina stewards the emergence of Helix, an ecosystem devoted to re-designing leadership, businesses, and the economy centering human vitality, by integrating beyond systems of dominance, disconnection, and extraction. Wendy Haines is a transformational coach, somatic teacher, and visionary leader with over 16 years of professional coaching experience. She is a Certified Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute, a member of the Strozzi Institute Teacher Training Program, and holds International Coaching Federation (ICF, PCC) credentials.
As Founder of Illumine Education, Wendy has been designing and facilitating transformational workshops since 2003 in the realms of success, purpose, vision, and embodied leadership. Her clients—ranging from senior executives at Microsoft to creatives in the entertainment industry—consistently describe her work as inspiring, catalytic, and deeply authentic.
A lifelong student of human potential, Wendy has studied for more than 25 years with master teachers across modalities of personal growth and healing. She brings this depth of practice into every space she leads, empowering individuals to discover fulfillment, live into their purpose, and create change that lasts by working through the wisdom of the body.
Beyond the classroom, Wendy integrates transformation with nature. She has guided purpose-driven expeditions through the Grand Canyon on the Colorado River, bringing teams and individuals into profound relationship with themselves and the natural world.
Her commitment to equity and cultural change is reflected in her founding of iWe – Inclusion for Women in the Industry, a grassroots movement advancing gender parity in entertainment, and in her work as a Senior Facilitator with the Institute for Gender Partnership.
Today, Wendy serves as faculty at the Strozzi Institute for Somatics, where she is a lead teacher in the Somatic Coaching Program and the Train the Trainer Program, mentoring the next generation of practitioners. She continues to bring her passion for embodied transformation, authentic leadership, and human flourishing into every endeavor.

Dana is devoted to helping founders return to themselves— steady, alive, and clear— so they can create from a place that doesn’t burn them out. She founded Entreprana as a personalized, energy-aware operating system for entrepreneurs, built to decode stress patterns, restore vitality, and keep founders in their flow.
Her work is shaped by transformation. A faith transition, divorce, and reinvention stripped away the frameworks she once lived by and revealed what remains when everything else falls apart. Those seasons became both her breaking and her making— the forge where she learned that true resilience is born from presence, not performance.
Dana brings this depth into the world of startups, blending behavioral science, psychology, and design with the human truths she’s lived. She holds a B.A. in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University and spent over a decade as a brand strategist and designer before creating her own methodology to model human psychology through energy and stress dynamics.
What she offers founders is not just a tool but a way of being: a reminder that composure, creativity, and clarity come from within— and can be honed, even in the chaos of building.
Today, Dana is building Entreprana as more than a product. It’s a movement to redesign founder well-being and, in time, reshape the very systems of work and growth around human vitality.

Amanda Martinez is a mindful movement facilitator with over two decades of practice in wellness spaces. Teaching since 2014, she draws from a diverse background in yoga, somatics, and equity centered practices to create experiences that unlock resilience, presence, and authentic expression. Trauma informed and grounded in years of study with pioneers in embodiment and social change, she is deeply attuned to cultural awareness, and facilitates with both rigor and creativity, to help folks unlock new ways of moving, relating, and leading. Beyond the studio, Amanda facilitates Inclusivity and Belonging training for wellness studios, and serves on the board of My Comunidad, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to yoga in underserved communities, as Director of Community and Teacher Enrichment. Amanda brings a heart centric approach to embodiment, inviting people to access themselves beyond habit, and into innovation and connection for collective wellbeing.
